Julius is 9 years and the only child to his separated parents. His mother ran away when she was told Julius would never be a “normal child”. His father is addicted to drugs so Julius stays with his aged grandparents. He is malnourished, convulses, and was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. He cannot sit, stand or walk on his own. He has difficulty eating. Julius requires placement for proper nutrition and to have the services of an occupational therapist.
